Ingredients
  • 2 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0 0.5 oz agave nectar
  • 0 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 1.5 oz Hacienda De Tepa Tequila
  • 1 1.5 oz sparkling wine
  • 1 sea salt
  • 1 salt seasoned with pink peppercorns and citrus peels
Instructions
  1. For the Pink Salt Rim:
    • Moisten the rim of your glass with a wedge of lime or grapefruit.
    • Dip the rim of the glass into a shallow dish filled with the pink salt mixture.
    • Gently press to ensure the salt adheres to the rim.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Layer Hacienda de Tepa Tequila, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and agave syrup in the glass.
  4. Top with sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
