🍷 Ravioli Cocktail 🍷
Ingredients
- 6 6.76 fl. oz. white tequila
- 1.35 fl. oz. Bianco vermouth
- 0.51 fl. oz. agave honey
- 20 cilantro leaves
- 0.7 oz. Provolone cheese
- 0.34 fl. oz. red wine
Instructions
- In a blender, combine tequila, cilantro, and cheese until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes until the liquid has settled.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and incorporate the tequila mixture, agave, and vermouth. Shake well.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Carefully spoon the red wine into the cocktail and let settle.
- Serve and enjoy!
