SPICY MOJITO

Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Hacienda de Tepa Tequila
  • 8 leaves
  • 8 leaves
  • 3 of jalapeño pepper
  • 40 g lemon cubes
  • 10 ml juice
  • 1 sugar
  • Mineral water
Instructions
  1. In a shaker, muddle mint leaves, cilantro leaves, jalapeño pepper, lemon cubes, and sugar.
  2. Add tequila and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with mineral water.
  5. Garnish with a slice of jalapeño pepper and 3 cilantro leaves.
